SHIPPING

• Online orders are shipped Monday-Friday and may take 1-3 business to process and ship. Please keep in mind that holidays, national observances and severe weather may further delay delivery.
• A signature upon delivery will be required for all orders of $1,000 or more. Please email info@kamperett.com if you would like to have this removed.
• Orders that contain both pre-order items, as well as in stock items, will be held and shipped together unless otherwise requested - additional shipping charges may apply.
• Once an order is picked up by the courier we release all responsibility.
• International duties and taxes are the customer's responsibility, the cost displayed at checkout does not include any of these potential fees.

RETURNS

• If for whatever reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept unwashed, unworn merchandise in its original condition with tags attached for refund. A 2% restocking fee will be deducted from all orders of $4,000 or more, and select styles as noted in product the description.
• The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
• The following items are eligible for exchange only unless otherwise stated as final sale:

• Headpieces
• Hand-painted garments
• Made-to-order garments
• Vintage
• For international orders, any fees we inherit resulting from: abandoned orders, return to sender/refusal, or improper filing when making a return will be deducted from your refund.
